What is the $500 onboarding for?
Core is a full operation, so we set it up with you. The one-time $500 white-glove onboarding covers configuring your marketing engine and content goals, team seats and roles, your AI agents (tuned with you, including your business line if you want one), and migrating your existing data — so the whole system is live and tuned to how your team actually works. Your first payment is $1,400 — the $500 onboarding plus your $900 first month, itemized on one receipt — then $900/month from month two.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Core includes free team seats with role-based access, a unified inbox that brings calls and texts into one place, and call failover so anything the AI hands off reaches the right person. Everyone works from the same system with the right level of access.
How many voice minutes are included, and what happens if I go over?
Core includes 150 voice minutes per month (Pulse includes 75). Additional voice minutes are 50¢ each. Agent texts and emails have their own allowance — 2,500 messages a month on Core — and voice minutes are tracked separately, so texting your leads never eats your call time.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no contract. Core is month-to-month at $900 after the one-time $500 onboarding. Your data export is always available so nothing is ever locked in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle — no partial-month or prorated refunds, and the one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable once setup has begun.
