How many voice minutes are included, and what happens if I go over?

Pulse includes 75 voice minutes per month; Core includes 150. Additional voice minutes are 50¢ each. Agent texts and emails have their own allowance — 1,200 messages a month on Pulse — and voice minutes are tracked separately, so texting your leads never eats your call time.

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. You can port your existing number into Pulse, or we can provision a new AI line — whichever you prefer. Either way, the AI answers texts and calls to that number instantly and hands off to you when it's the right call.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime, no contract. Pulse is month-to-month at $450 with no setup fee. Your data export is always available so nothing is ever locked in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle — no partial-month or prorated refunds.
